My wife and I had never purchased a home prior to moving to North Carolina, I am in the Army and received a very short notice PCS. "When my wife and I decided to buy a house in Fayetteville, it was the first time we had ever taken that step. We were nervous because we had absolutely no experience, and it was a large step to take. Jennifer started helping me before we arrived in the country. While we were still in England, Jennifer called with my wife to find out what our needs were.She took that information and sent us information on the schools and maps of the different areas. When we arrived in Fayetteville, we didn't know a single person. She spent many days showing us the different neighborhoods and the shopping centers. We did all this with our three kids under foot. She was gentle and provided them with many laughs during the long hot days of house hunting.While we were still deciding on which house to buy, the interest rates had climbed over one-half percent. Arrangements were made to allow us to still get a loan at the lower rate, saving us a substantial amount of money and even more frustration. While deployed, I started contacting Realtors to purchase my first home. The first time I talked to Jennifer, I knew she was the right realtor for me. I had no idea what I was doing and Jennifer was very patient with me and walked me through everything and explained the entire process to me.I told her my specifics I was looking for in a home and she set up searches on her web site that provided me only homes that met my criteria. Jennifer picked me up at my hotel at 9am on my first day of R & R. By 12:00 she had shown me the home I wanted and we had an offer submitted by 1.To my disbelief, my offer was accepted by 6pm that same day. Jennifer suggested and inspector and he was able to be at the house the very next morning at 9am and complete the inspection. Due to Jennifer's expertise and professionalism,I was able to close on the home 14 days later! My entire experience with Jennifer Mosley specifically, has been impeccable!
